Position Summary

The Irrigation Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising irrigation crews while diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial irrigation systems. This individual will ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to B&K Lawn and Landscape's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise irrigation crew members in daily operations
• Diagnose and troubleshoot irrigation system problems and develop effective solutions
• Repair and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems
• Perform sprinkler system start-ups, adjustments, and winterizations
• Locate and repair leaks, valves, wiring issues, controllers, and other system components
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and according to company standards
• Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability
