Landscape Installation Foreman – Southwest Florida

is seeking an experienced Landscape Installation Foreman to lead high-end residential and commercial landscape installation projects throughout Southwest Florida.

This is a leadership position for a motivated professional who can manage crews, read plans, operate equipment, and deliver quality projects safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape installation crews on residential and commercial projects
• Read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and site drawings
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities and crew assignments
• Install trees, palms, shrubs, sod, mulch, irrigation components, drainage systems, and other landscape features
• Operate loaders, skid steers, mini skids, excavators, and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Drive company trucks and pull trailers when required
• Ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
• Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and team members
• Train and mentor crew members

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of landscape installation experience in Southwest Florida
• Previous foreman or crew leader experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Florida plant material, installation practices, grading, drainage, and sod installation
• Ability to read and understand landscape plans and blueprints
• Experience operating skid steers, mini skids, loaders, excavators, and related equipment
• Experience driving trucks and trailers
• Valid Florida Driver's License required
• CDL is a plus but not required
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and attention to detail
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits

• $23 – $30+ per hour depending on experience and qualifications
