Landscape Driver / Laborer / Junior Crew Leader

Job description

This is a hands-on position for someone who can drive trucks with trailers and actively work with the crew on landscape installations / maintenance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can drive, install, and step into leadership.

What you’ll do

• Drive trucks with trailers daily (safe, clean, professional)
• Work on landscape installations and maintenance:
• Planting (1 gal to large material)
• Sod installation
• Mulch and rock installation
• Site prep, digging, cleanup
• Load/unload materials and equipment
• Support the crew leader and take over small jobs when needed
• Keep truck, trailer, and job sites organized and clean

Requirements (non-negotiable)

• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• REAL experience driving trucks with trailers (including backing)
• Willing to work physically every day — this is not a driving-only job
• Landscape or similar outdoor labor experience
• Reliable: shows up on time, every day

Preferred

• English and Spanish speaking
• Experience leading or helping run a crew
• Experience with high-end residential or HOA properties
