Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities on the construction site, including scheduling tasks and managing resources effectively.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project planning and tracking progress.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets, timelines, and project schedules using tools like HeavyBid.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all crew members.

Skills

• Proficient in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, including budgeting, estimating, and quality control.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret technical documents accurately.
• Experience in project scheduling and management with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.
