In this role, you will be part of our installation crews, helping create beautiful and functional landscapes while developing new skills and growing within a company that values reliability, craftsmanship, and teamwork. Travel time to the job site and all hours worked on-site are paid, though return travel to the shop is not compensated.

What Success Looks Like

• Assist in the installation of landscape projects, which may include sod, plantings, trees, shrubs, and hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Prepare work sites by unpacking materials, organizing supplies, and ensuring alignment with project plans and the crew leader's guidance.
• Safely and effectively operate hand tools and small equipment, including shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, and power tools under supervision.
• Help with the setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting of irrigation systems to ensure that installed landscapes receive adequate watering.
