Job description

BruZiv Landscaping LLC is a locally owned full-service landscaping/snowplowing/construction company, offering quality landscaping, snowplowing service and construction across the Northeast Ohio area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of laborers and technicians on job sites
• Interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings
• Install hardscape features such as:

• Paver patios and walkways Retaining walls
• Steps and outdoor living spaces
• Drainage systems
• Operate and oversee use of equipment (skid steers, compactors, saws, etc.)
• Ensure proper site preparation, grading, and base installation
• Monitor quality control and ensure work meets company and client standards
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and team members
• Train and mentor crew members
• Enforce safety procedures and OSHA compliance
• Manage materials, tools, and daily job site logistics
• Track progress and report on project timelines

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in hardscape installation
• 10+ years of snow plowing using a truck, dump truck, skid steer & loader
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of hardscape construction techniques and materials
• Ability to read and interpret plans and measurements accurately
• Experience operating construction equipment
• Valid driver’s license (REQUIRED)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and performing manual labor
