Duties

• Plant and cultivate a variety of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery to ensure healthy growth and vibrant landscapes
• Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to promote lush, healthy turf
• Install and manage irrigation systems to ensure efficient water distribution across landscaped areas
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as trimming, pruning, digging, and planting
• Conduct landscape maintenance activities including mulching, fertilizing, pest control, and soil improvement
• Assist with greenhouse operations by planting seedlings, managing plant health, and supporting propagation efforts
• Collaborate with clients or team members on landscape design projects to bring creative visions to life while adhering to project specifications

Skills

• Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, landscaping or related fields with a strong understanding of plant care principles
• Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance to optimize water efficiency
• Experience working in greenhouse environments with growing plants from seedlings or cuttings
• Familiarity with lawn care techniques including mowing schedules, fertilization routines, and pest management
