Duties

• Design and implement landscape projects, including planting beds, lawns, shrubs, trees, and decorative features
• Maintain healthy plant growth through pruning, trimming, fertilizing, watering, and pest control
• Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes to perform precise gardening tasks
• Use power tools including lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws safely and efficiently
• Manage irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules for different plant types
• Assist with greenhouse activities like planting seedlings and monitoring plant health for growing experience
• Conduct regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, edging beds, weed control, and soil preparation
• Apply horticultural knowledge to select appropriate plants for specific environments and client preferences
• Support farming activities related to sustainable land use practices where applicable
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards

Qualifications
