Lawn Care Crew Leader

Fenne's Outdoor Services is a full service landscape and lawn care company based in the south metro. We have continued to grow every year and this year is no exception. We are looking to add an experienced lawn care crew leader. Our fleet is continually updated and well maintained by in house mechanics. Responsibilities include

Driving pickup and enclosed trailer

Mowing with walk behind, stand on, and zero turn mowers

Weed whipping

Backpack blower operation

Shrub pruning

Weed maintenance

Snow removal for winter

Able to work 40hrs plus M-F April through November

Landscape experience a plus but not a deal breaker

Irrigation knowledge a plus but willing to train the right candidate

Pesticide application experience a plus but willing to train the right candidate

Must haves

2+ years experience leading a crew on commercial and association routes

Exceptional work attendance

Attention to detail

Motivation to get the job done

Reliable transportation to and from the shop

Ability to work with a team as well as independently

Clean driving record

DOT health card

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

License/Certification

• Driver's License (Required)
• DOT health card (Preferred)
