is seeking a dependable and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead landscape crew members on job sites
• Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely
• Install and maintain landscaping features including mulch, plants, shrubs, sod, drainage systems, and hardscapes
• Communicate with management regarding project progress, material needs, and employee performance
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards
• Complete job site inspections and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping experience required
• Prior crew leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow work orders and project plans
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Occasional overtime as needed

Pay

Starting pay is based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
