Landscape Laborer

SML Landscape Designs is looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to join our growing landscaping team serving the Smith Mountain Lake and surrounding areas.

Position

Landscaping Crew Member Location: Franklin County / Smith Mountain Lake area/Roanoke County Schedule: Full-time (seasonal with potential for year-round work)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installations including mulch, plants, rock, and sod
• Hardscape work including patios, retaining walls, and walkways
• Lawn maintenance and property clean-ups
• Operating landscaping tools and equipment
• Loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean job site
• Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently

Qualifications

• Landscaping or Hardscaping experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license preferred
