We're hiring a Hardscape Foreman to lead a crew installing high-quality residential and commercial projects across the region.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a crew of 1–3 team members on residential and commercial job sites
• Install hardscape elements including pavers, retaining walls, boulder walls, steps, grading, fire pits, and edging
• Read and execute plans, blueprints, and work orders
• Manage materials, equipment, and daily production goals
• Communicate with Project Managers and clients to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain safety standards and quality control on every project
• Document job progress and manage change orders

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of hardscape or similar field experience
• Proven ability to lead a crew and manage job site operations
• Proficient with excavators, skid steers, tampers, saws, and hand tools
• Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints
