is offering *COMPETITIVE PAY* as we look for qualified LAWN MAINTENANCE FORMEN/CREW LEADERS to lead and manage one of our Lawn Maintenance Crews.

We are currently looking to fill the following positions

Lawn Maintenance Foreman/Crew Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES

:

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related fields with a strong background in lawn care, gardening, or horticulture.
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction settings is highly preferred.
• Coordinate daily activities of landscaping crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, and irrigation system management to keep outdoor spaces healthy and attractive.
• Safely operate power tools and equipment for landscaping projects (Zero Turn Mowers, Walk Behind Mowers, Blowers, Edgers, and more)
• Assist with groundskeeping activities such as trash removal and debris cleanup
• Perform various landscaping tasks such as digging, planting, and mulching
• Provide services including pruning, trimming, and removal
• Assist with specialty jobs such as drainage issues, installation of retention walls, etc.
• Provide a range of Seasonal jobs, such as: Aeration, Seed, & Fertilizer applications; Leaf Removal; Snow Removal

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous landscaping experience is preferred
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques and/or practices is preferred
• Basic understanding of power tools and equipment used
• Ability to work on physically demanding tasks in a variety of weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn and grow
