Landscape Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong landscaping background and proven installation experience.

Responsibilities include

• Leading and supervising a landscaping crew
• Driving company truck with dump trailer
• Managing daily projects and making on-site decisions
• Performing and overseeing softscape installations
• Ensuring quality control and job accuracy
• Working closely with the owner on project details and execution

Qualifications

• Prior or current experience as a landscape foreman or in a similar leadership role (required)
• Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, with emphasis on softscape installs
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate trucks and trailers
• Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
