Responsibilities

* Lead and manage landscaping crews to execute projects efficiently and effectively. * Coordinate daily tasks and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. * Provide training and mentorship to team members on landscaping techniques and safety protocols. * Maintain equipment and ensure all tools are in safe and working condition. * Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management and clients. * Ensure compliance with all local regulations and environmental standards. * Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

* Proven experience in landscaping or horticulture, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. * Strong knowledge of landscape design, installation, and maintenance practices. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites. * Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials. * Certification in landscaping or related field is a plus.
