Job Summary

Coria Landscape is growing! We’re hiring Foremen and Crew Members to join our landscape construction team working on public and private projects across Oregon and Washington.

Our crews install high-quality landscape and irrigation systems for schools, parks, multifamily residences, roadway projects, and more. Whether you’re leading a team or working as part of one, you’ll play a key role in bringing each project to life.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Pay Range

Pay

$41,600 – $103,900 per year (based on position and experience)

Key Responsibilities

Foremen

• Supervise and motivate field crews to meet project goals.
• Coordinate daily work plans with Project Managers and Field Operations.
• Ensure work meets quality, safety, and schedule standards.
• Track materials, labor hours, and site needs.
• Communicate clearly with office staff. management, and crew.

Crew Members

• Perform landscape and irrigation installation work.
• Operate hand tools, power equipment, and small machinery safely.
• Follow direction from Foremen and Project Manager.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive jobsite.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape construction or irrigation installation preferred.
• Foreman applicants must have prior crew leadership experience.
• Ability to read and follow construction plans and specifications.
• Understanding of the 5 main stages of landscape work: site prep, irrigation, hardscape, softscape, and cleanup/detailing.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Equipment operation experience is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to work outdoors year-round.
