A&K Landscaping is hiring a Maintenance Apprentice for our landscape maintenance team. This is an entry-level role for someone who wants to learn the landscaping trade, work outdoors, and grow into a skilled maintenance professional. No landscape experience is required. What matters most is that you show up on time, work hard, take coaching well, and bring a good attitude every day.

What You’ll Learn

As a Maintenance Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced crew members and crew leaders while learning how to care for residential and commercial landscapes to A&K standards. You’ll be trained on:

• Mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and cleanup
• Weed control and property detailing
• Basic pruning and plant care
• Safe tool and equipment handling
• Jobsite safety and PPE expectations
• Truck, trailer, and tool organization
• Daily closeout habits and communication
• How to work at a steady, consistent pace without cutting corners
