Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee outdoor landscaping projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. As a key leader on our team, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise crew members, complete landscape installation projects, and operate machinery as needed. Duties

• Supervise and complete landscape installation projects
• Lead and motivate a landscape installation crew, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Oversee landscaping construction projects, including planting, sod installation, hardscapes, etc.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies necessary for efficient job site operations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines during all activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape construction 5+ years
• Experience operating machinery for landscape installation projects such as skid steer, excavator, etc.
• Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project planning and execution
• Valid driver’s license
