Landscape Foreman

Our client is seeking a dedicated Landscape Foreman to lead a commercial landscape crew.

Join a highly stable, employee-owned commercial tree and landscape company. Based with reporting locations in Pontiac and Attica, Michigan, they maintain a strong workforce of 100 to 120 employees year-round. This organization offers a collaborative culture where cross-training is encouraged to maintain retention and provide consistent work throughout all seasons. Responsibilities* Lead a landscape crew focusing on commercial planting, mulching, and the maintenance of flower beds. * Provide guidance, training, and supervision to crew members to ensure safety and efficiency on all job sites. * Oversee the daily preparation of trucks, equipment, and materials required for scheduled commercial jobs. * Maintain a typical schedule averaging approximately 50 hours per week.

Requirements

* Proven experience in commercial landscaping or a strong background as a high-quality landscape laborer ready to step into a leadership role. * Ability to reliably commute to either the Pontiac or Attica, Michigan locations. * A Commercial Driver License (CDL) is highly preferred; however, candidates without a CDL are still strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

* $22.00 to $27.00 per hour. * Employer-paid Commercial Driver License (CDL) training and certification in exchange for a one-year commitment. * Medical, dental, and vision insurance options available after 90 days of employment. * Immediate eligibility for the 401(k) retirement plan. * Paid vacation time available after 120 days. * Company-provided $15,000 life insurance policy. * Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) eligibility with annual share distribution after completing one year of service and 1,000 work hours.
