Landscape Foreman

* Position involves the supervision and installation of complete landscape projects * You must be able to operate Skidsteers, mini excavators and other typical landscape equipment * A valid driver license with a good driving record and the ability to drive dump trucks with trailers are also required. * Expertise and/or experience in the following areas are not required for the position but they are definitely a plus: + Water Feature Installation + CDL Driver License + Hardscape Installation + Landscape Maintenance * Work under the Superintendent to oversee the production of a multiple task environment * Coordinate, implement, and supervise all phases of installation on assigned projects * Instruct, evaluate, and train employees to perform landscape construction installation and adhere to company policies and safety practices * Communicate project needs with clients, subcontractors, and employees regarding scheduling, ordering, changes, site conditions, etc. throughout the duration of the project * Develop & maintain good working relations with other departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire project. * Attend daily departmental meetings * Maintain efficiency and Bonick quality for every project * Lead by example, encourage teamwork, and promote the Bonick philosophy * Must have 4 years of practical landscape installation experience in the field * Ability to coordinate crew paperwork and time sheets daily * Must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of landscape installation methods and techniques * Excellent working knowledge of the equipment, tools and labor needed to accomplish work * In-depth horticulture knowledge * Demonstrate strong leadership skills * Must be able to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications * Completed coursework for successful acquisition of TCLP * Hold a valid Driver’s License and willing to obtain a CDL * Must be able to lift 50lbs or more * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and no...
