We are seeking an Enhancements Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate landscaping enhancement projects. The Crew Leader will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring work is completed efficiently, and maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of landscapers to execute enhancement projects according to specifications.
• Coordinate with clients as needed to understand project requirements and provide recommendations.
• Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
• Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and efficiency.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Implement safety practices and procedures on job sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping or a related field.
• Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
