### About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable Landscape Enhancement Technician to join our field team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on quality installs and field production work done right the first time.

You’ll be part of a crew creating and improving outdoor spaces while maintaining high standards for safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship.

### What You’ll Do

• Assist with landscape and enhancement installations
• Perform site prep, material handling, and general field production work
• Support install work including finish details and cleanup
• Maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites
• Care for equipment and follow company field standards

### What We’re Looking For

• Experience in landscaping and horticulture preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced crew environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and on-time performance
• Ability to follow direction and complete tasks correctly
• Safety-minded with respect for equipment and property
