Requirements for This Position

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers
• Able to adapt to jobsite changes and make adjustments on the fly
• Hoisting license and other relevant certifications are a plus, but not required
• 2+ years of landscape maintenance or mowing experience preferred for experienced crew leader candidates.
• Less experienced candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

*Starting pay based on experience and qualifications

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
