Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Landscape Detail Operator for our Jacksonville routes. This specialized role is strictly focused on the final aesthetic touches that set our work apart: vertical lawn edging, weed remediation/removal within garden beds, and final site clearing with commercial leaf blowers. You are the final line of defense ensuring properties look market-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Strictly Detail Operations: Execute clean, crisp mechanical edging along sidewalks, curbs, and driveways using commercial stick edgers.
• Weed Remediation: Target and remove/remediate weeds within landscape beds, cracks, and structural lines to keep communities looking immaculate.
• Blowing & Site Clearance: Operate commercial backpack leaf blowers to clear all clippings, dirt, and debris off pavement, driveways, patios, and roads post-mowing.
• Property Quality Checks: Ensure no loose debris remains on hardscapes and that landscape beds are perfectly clean before leaving the homesite.
• Safety Enforcement: Safely handle detail equipment, watch for flying stones near property windows, and wear company-provided PPE at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Prior experience operating commercial stick edgers, backpack blowers, and performing landscape bed maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work continuously outdoors in varying Florida weather conditions.
