Position Requirements

Apply and demonstrate standard operating procedures and policies of the company Positive attitude, dependability, and the ability to work with the existing team Bachelor of Science or Associate degree in Landscape Architecture or Design Proficient use of AutoCAD, Word, Excel, Outlook, SketchUp, Adobe Products, and other computer programs utilized by the company Strong organizational skills are a must Ability to perform site analysis, create base drawings, understand grading, create conceptual drawings, and construction documents for various types of residential landscapes and outdoor living projects Develop estimating skills utilizing the company’s estimating software Presentation and sales skills are inherent in this position. Therefore, excellent communication and rapport-building skills are needed Communicate with clients, builders, vendors, subcontractors, and team members in a courteous and prompt manner.
