Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Design Support – Project Coordinator to support our design and production teams from concept through installation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing plans and presentation materials, generating estimates and orders, managing material procurement and inventory, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
