Hardscape Laborer; Softscape Laborer- Crew leader

Join our dynamic team as a Hardscape and Softscape Laborer, where you'll play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into stunning, functional landscapes. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from installing durable Paver patios / retaining walls to cultivating lush plantings and maintaining landscape aesthetics. We’re seeking motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in construction and landscaping, contributing to high-quality outdoor environments that inspire and delight.

Duties

• Assist in the installation of hardscape elements such as pavers, retaining walls, and decorative stonework using hand tools and power tools.
• Support softscape tasks including planting, Mulching, trimming, and landscape bed maintenance.
• Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation, material transportation, and excavation activities.
• Use hand tools like trowels, shovels, levels, saws, caulking guns, and other construction equipment to complete tasks efficiently.

Experience

• Prior construction site experience with a focus on landscaping or hardscape projects preferred.
• Hands-on experience with paver patio/retaining walls, trimming, mulching is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction management practices including estimating and inspection processes is beneficial.
• Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites along with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
