The Role

We're looking for dependable, hardworking Landscape Crew Members to join our field team for the season. You'll work alongside other crew members, take direction from a Crew Leader, and report to an Account Manager. The work is physical, fast-paced, and outdoors — and it's rewarding when you can see the results of your effort at the end of every day.

What You'll Do

• Mow, trim, edge, and blow to keep properties looking sharp
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and ground covers; spread mulch and maintain beds
• Pull weeds, remove trash, and handle general property clean-up
• Operate landscape equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and sod cutters
• Keep trucks and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition
• Assist with snow removal during winter weather events
• Interact with homeowners, tenants, and property managers in a friendly, professional manner
• Follow all safety protocols and wear assigned PPE at all times

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license (required)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions — heat, cold, rain, and everything in between
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly; heavier with team assistance
• Comfortable with frequent standing, walking, bending, and crouching throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work — early starts are the norm during peak season
