Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and power equipment such as shovels, trimmers, blowers, and other ordinary hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Support planting projects by identifying plants, preparing soil, and installing new greenery with precision.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems under the supervision of a licensed irrigator or licensed irrigation technician.
• Assist in hardscape installations like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures with attention to detail.
• Conduct routine landscape maintenance checks and general site cleanup to uphold quality standards.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscape installation equipment.
• Strong work ethic and the willingness to learn
• Experience in landscaping or gardening is preferred; knowledge of plant identification is a plus.
• Operating mini and full- size skid steers, excavators and attachments is a plus.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools in a safe and confident manner.
• Ability to listen
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and water-management is advantageous..
• Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor safely.
