Do you enjoy hanging out on your phone all day and shying away from coworkers while things are going on? If that sounds appealing this isn't the job for you. We are looking for reliable, and hard-working individuals to join our landscaping team. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform manual labor in all weather conditions.* Must be punctual, dependable, and self-motivated * Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors for extended periods * No tolerance for laziness, excuses, or drama — we value a straightforward, get-the-job-done attitude * Experience in landscaping or similar outdoor labor preferred, but not required * Ability to work well in a team and follow direction without constant supervision * Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
