Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a current driver's license, clean driving history, and reliable transportation daily.
• Must have experience and knowledge in hauling equipment and trailers of various sizes.
• Must be able to directly supervise and work along with 3-5 employees.
• Must be motivated and efficient. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, as a team, have a great attitude and stay on task.
• Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods of time.
• Must have previous experience working for a commercial landscape company.
• Must possess proper knowledge of working with zero turn mowers, trimmers, blowers.
• Must be able to understand and execute directions and instructions given to you by your supervisors.

Crew leaders are expected to

• Manage a route with a crew to perform landscape maintenance for customers.
• Responsible for ensuring highest quality service has been provided.
• Must ensure team members are working properly and efficient.
• Maintain equipment maintenance, ensure cleanliness and appearance of truck, trailer, and equipment.

Pay begins at $20/hour and we normally operate on a 4 day work week (3 day weekend).
