We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. This role is essential for overseeing landscaping projects and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team in various landscaping activities, including groundskeeping, irrigation, and landscape maintenance.

Duties

• Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in daily operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Plan and execute landscaping projects including building, irrigating, and maintaining gardens and lawns.
• Train team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping techniques.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and used safely by crew members.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout all landscaping tasks.

Skills

• Proven experience in groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and lawn care.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising teams in a landscaping environment.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques for effective water management.
• Ability to build and maintain various landscape features such as gardens, patios, and walkways.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
