What Youll Do

As a Landscape Crew Leader (Foreman), youll be responsible for

• Leading and supervising landscape maintenance crews (25 team members)
• Ensuring all work meets company and industry standards
• Communicating daily with Account Managers about progress, site needs, and issues
• Tracking and recording property tickets, timecards, and materials
• Executing daily plans efficiently and safely
• Managing equipment use and job site safety
• Preparing job sites and seeing them through to completion
• Interacting with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns professionally
• Ensuring job sites are left clean and complete at the end of each day
• Building a strong, accountable team that takes pride in the work

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 13 years of experience managing landscape crews or projects
• Solid understanding of commercial landscape maintenance practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in a job well done

Skills & Requirements

• Knowledge of equipment including mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and hedge trimmers
• Valid driver's license (ability to pull a trailer strongly preferred)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
• Comfortable working long days (10 hours) and occasional Fridays
