Maxalea Landscaping is looking for a hands-on Landscape Crew Leader to lead a maintenance crew and deliver high-quality work across properties.

### What You'll Do

• Lead a landscape maintenance crew on daily routes and job sites
• Work alongside your team mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, and general upkeep
• Operate equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) safely and efficiently
• Ensure jobs are completed on time, safely, and to high standards
• Communicate with clients on-site when needed
• Track labor, materials, and job progress
• Train and support crew members to improve performance

### What You Bring

• 2+ years of landscaping experience (maintenance preferred)
• 1+ year leading or guiding a crew (informal leadership counts)
• Strong equipment experience (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused mindset
