Landscape Crew Leader

Liberty Tree & Landscape Management is seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to lead a professional landscape crew and deliver high-quality residential and commercial landscape services.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage a crew, complete landscape installations and maintenance, communicate with clients, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Responsibilities

Crew Leadership & Job Management

• Lead and train landscape crew members in daily operations
• Plan and organize daily job tasks and production goals
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
• Communicate job expectations and updates with team members and management

Landscape Installation & Maintenance

• Perform and oversee planting, mulching, pruning, bed maintenance, and landscape enhancements
• Install plant material, sod, and hardscape-related projects as needed
• Operate landscape equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools
• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and professionally maintained

Client Service & Quality Control

• Represent Liberty Tree & Landscape Management professionally on job sites
• Communicate with clients regarding project details and expectations
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met

Safety & Equipment

• Follow company safety procedures and job site expectations
• Perform equipment checks and report maintenance needs
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscape experience required
• Previous crew leader or foreman experience required
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices
• Ability to lead a team and work independently
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
