is a growing hardscape, landscape, paving, and outdoor services company seeking an experienced Hardscape Crew Manager to lead residential and commercial outdoor construction projects.

This role is ideal for a skilled hardscaper who enjoys hands-on work, leading a crew, and building high-quality patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor living spaces.

Position Overview

The Hardscape Crew Manager will oversee daily field operations for hardscape projects, including crew leadership, installation quality, jobsite organization, equipment use, and communication with the operations team and customers.

We offer year-round employment with no winter layoffs. During the winter season, employees support commercial snow removal operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 1 to 2 other individuals in the installation of paver patios, concrete patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor living spaces
• Perform hands-on hardscape, concrete, and basic masonry work
• Read and follow blueprints, site plans, layouts, and project specifications
• Ensure work is completed according to proper installation methods and company quality standards
• Operate equipment and tools, including skid steers, compactors, saws, and related hardscape equipment
• Manage daily jobsite workflow, materials, tools, and crew productivity
• Train and mentor crew members
• Communicate with Project Managers, customers, vendors, and team members
• Identify and resolve jobsite issues as they arise
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
