Advanced Landscaping Solutions is a rapidly growing landscape installation company serving Southwest Florida. We specialize in landscape renovations, new installations, irrigation, sod, mulch, plantings, and outdoor living projects.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Crew Leader / Landscape Foreman to help lead installation crews and grow with our company.

This position is ideal for someone who has leadership experience, enjoys working outdoors, and is ready to take the next step toward becoming a Landscape Foreman.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape installation crews on residential and commercial projects
• Assist with project layout and execution
• Install plants, trees, sod, mulch, rock, and landscape materials
• Assist with irrigation installations and repairs
• Operate trucks, trailers, skid steers, mini excavators, and landscape equipment
• Train and mentor crew members
• Maintain quality standards and jobsite safety
• Communicate project progress with management
• Ensure projects stay productive and organized

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape installation experience
• Previous crew leadership experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reading landscape plans
• Irrigation installation experience (or repair knowledge)
• Equipment operation experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
