Position Overview

As a Landscape Crew Leader, you'll lead our team to deliver top-tier service to our commercial clients. This position includes year-round outdoor work with seasonal responsibilities in commercial landscape maintenance and winter snow and ice management.

This role is ideal for experienced landscape professionals who enjoy leading a team, taking ownership of work, and producing high-quality results.

What You’ll Do: Lead and oversee daily landscape maintenance operations on large commercial properties Monitor equipment condition and perform general maintenance Train, mentor, and support crew members to ensure performance and safety standards are met Track job time, labor hours, and materials accurately Safely operate mowing large commercial properties, roadways, and open spaces Enhance curb appeal and maintain high-quality landscapes Lead renovations, enhancements, and installation projects Support critical 24/7 snow and ice management operations during winter events Perform work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, snow, wind, and rain Represent Brilar professionally in appearance and conduct at all times
