Position Overview

As a Landscape Crew Member, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our commercial clients. This position includes year-round outdoor work with seasonal responsibilities in landscape maintenance and winter snow and ice management.

What You’ll Do: Safely mow large commercial properties, commercial lots, roadways, and open spaces Enhance curb appeal and maintain professional-looking landscapes Operate commercial mowing and snow removal equipment (training provided) Support critical 24/7 snow and ice management operations during winter events Follow assigned routes, maps, and work instructions Perform work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, snow, wind, and rain Represent Brilar professionally at all times
