Landscape Crew Lead / Foreman

Blue Collar Q Landscaping is expanding and looking for an experienced Crew Lead / Foreman to run a crew on our growing list of commercial and HOA accounts in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and SW Florida. If you know landscaping inside and out and can lead a team to do it right, we want to talk.

What you'll do:

- Lead a 2-4 person crew through daily routes, setting the pace and quality standards

- Drive truck and trailer to job sites and manage equipment, safety, and job completion

- Quality-check every property before leaving - we win accounts on the details

- Communicate with the office on job status, issues, and timing

- Train and mentor newer crew members

What we're looking for:

- 2+ years of landscaping/grounds maintenance experience, including some leadership

- Confident operating and maintaining commercial equipment

- Comfortable towing a trailer; clean valid driver's license required

- Organized, dependable, and able to keep a crew on schedule

- Takes pride in the work and sets the example
