### Benson Enterprises is a well-established landscape design/build company serving the Greater Rochester area for over 35 years. Were seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Team Leader to lead teams on custom outdoor construction projects and help deliver high-quality work to our clients.

### This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, organization, and developing their team.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead and manage a landscape construction team on active job sites
• Oversee installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, plantings, and lighting.
• Read and execute construction plans efficiently and accurately
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep projects on schedule
• Ensure quality standards, safety practices, and productivity goals are met
• Train, mentor, and support Technicians and Apprentices
• Communicate with management and clients as needed

What Were Looking For

• Strong landscape construction / hardscape experience
• Prior team leader, foreman, or lead installer experience preferred
• Ability to lead by example and work hands-on with the team
