Doskoch Landscaping is one of Northeast Ohio's fastest-growing landscape companies, and we're looking for an experienced hardscape professional to lead the growth of our landscape construction division.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an expanding department, work alongside an ambitious leadership team, and help build one of the area's premier outdoor living companies.

Your Role

As our Hardscape Manager, you'll be responsible for leading every aspect of our hardscape division.

Sales & Design

• Meet with homeowners and commercial clients
• Design patios, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, lighting, drainage systems, turf, and landscape projects
• Create professional proposals and estimates
• Build customer relationships and close projects
• Manage your sales pipeline from estimate to contract

Project Management

• Schedule and oversee hardscape projects
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Maintain project budgets and timelines
• Perform quality control inspections
• Ensure every project exceeds customer expectations

Leadership

• Train and develop our hardscape crew
• Establish installation standards and SOPs
• Improve efficiency, production, and quality
• Create a culture focused on craftsmanship and professionalism
• Lead by example and jump in when needed

Landscape Construction

• Assist with enhancement and landscape construction projects when necessary
• Support the operations team during busy periods
• Help continue building systems that allow the company to grow
