The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing landscape construction projects from contract execution through final client walkthrough. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and field crews — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards of quality and professionalism. The ideal candidate is a seasoned construction professional who thrives in a dynamic, outdoor work environment and leads with both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. ### Project Planning & Execution

• Manage all phases of landscape construction projects including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of materials and subcontractors
• Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress against milestones
• Conduct pre-construction site reviews and coordinate with design and estimating teams
• Ensure all permits, inspections, and compliance requirements are met prior to and throughout project execution

### Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary client liaison throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct regular project update meetings and walkthroughs with clients
