Job Overview

As a Landscape Construction Crew Member, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting in various tasks to transform outdoor spaces. Your role will involve physical labor, operation of tools and machinery, and working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Land Clearing & Excavation: Assist in clearing overgrown properties, removing trees and stumps, and preparing sites for construction projects.
• Hardscaping: Help in the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features.
• Equipment Operation: Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and effectively.
• Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Septic Installation

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor is REQUIRED
• Skills: Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools; basic knowledge of landscaping and hardscape techniques.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
• Availability: Flexible schedule with availability to work during the day
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
