Landscape Construction Technician

REALM is an award-winning landscape design, construction, and maintenance company proudly serving Tucson since 2001. We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our Landscape Construction Team.

Compensation

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour

(Pay based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability)

Requirements

• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work outdoors in Arizona conditions for up to 10 hours per day
• Basic knowledge of landscape plants and irrigation systems
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move construction materials and equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Landscape construction experience
• Masonry, paver, or hardscape installation experience
• Irrigation installation and troubleshooting experience
• Smartscape Certification
• Equipment operation experience (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
