Kelly’s Greenscapes LLC is seeking responsible landscape/construction foremen and supervisor to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are hard-working and eager to lead a team in creating beautiful outdoor spaces. If you have an interest in the landscape industry or construction, we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for a large variety of skills including but not limited to landscape construction and installation, carpentry, masonry, water feature installation and landscape design. Previous landscaping experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately reads and follows a landscape plan
• Effectively leads and manages a crew to complete outdoor hardscape and softscape installations
• Manages and coordinates pickup and delivery for various necessary materials to and from job sites
• Ensures that all work is performed to expectations
• Follows and enforces all applicable safety rules
• Ensures the proper operation and maintenance of all equipment on job site
• Adheres to company policies and procedures
• Respectfully and professionally communicates with clients and crew

Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin drivers license
• Clean Record
• Previous landscaping experience required

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay starting at $32-40/hour based on experience or salary may be discussed
• Up to $3,000 signing bonus potential for the right candidate - details to be discussed at interview
• Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off eligibility for full time employees begins after a probationary period
• Overtime hours (over 40 hours/week) paid at time and a half

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
