Reimagined Roots is hiring a Landscape Construction Crew Lead for design/build installation work based out of West Boylston, Massachusetts. This is a field leadership role for someone who can run the technical execution of landscape construction projects with minimal oversight while protecting quality, safety, crew clarity, and the purpose behind the work.

Pay

$30–$36/hr, based on demonstrated construction leadership, technical skill, and ability to run jobs with minimal oversight. Exceptional candidates with proven foreman-level experience may be considered above range.

The work

You will lead a small construction crew through landscape installation projects: site prep, grading, drainage, planting, hardscape support, material staging, tool and truck readiness, jobsite cleanup, daily documentation, and client-facing professionalism.

Your job is to make the plan buildable in the field. That means thinking ahead, loading the right tools, seeing material gaps before they stall the crew, keeping people clear on what matters today, and knowing when to escalate scope, safety, layout, or client questions.
