Landscape Construction Foreman and Field Techs

We’re a team of craftsmen who get after it every day, installing high-end landscape construction—the kind of work you’re proud to show off to your buddies at the end of the week.

We’re looking for a Landscape Construction Foreman or a Field Tech who is ready to build some really cool stuff. Between 2 locations (Annandale and Pequot Lakes), we are operating 9 crews, looking for hard-working people who want to grow.

What we offer

• We pay well because we expect quality results ($25 to $45+, based on experience)

What we need from you

• You show up and work hard: We need someone that the crew can rely on.
• Grit: It can be a dirty, sweaty job, but working in nature has its own rewards and seeing the awesome results is worth it!
• Leadership: You can work with people, you step up and everyone wants you on their crew
• Knowledge: You can read a set of prints, figure out a grade, solve a problem on-site and are able to learn new methods. Maybe you don't have much experience at all, but you work hard and have a can-do attitude
• Experience: You’ve spent some time in the dirt. If you can run a skid steer or an excavator like it’s an extension of your own arm, you’re at the top of the pile.
