Landscape Construction Field Technician

Aloha Aina Landscaping is a locally owned, award-winning company committed to sustainable landscaping practices and Hawaiian values. Based in Pearl City with two farms and a thriving nursery, we are seeking motivated, hard-working Maintenance Laborers to join our growing ʻohana.

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscaping, grounds maintenance, landscape construction, and sprinkler installation.
• Mow, trim, weed, and prune trees, shrubs, and plants
• Maintain farm areas and nursery plant care
• Use landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Support sustainable landscaping and farming practices

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Previous landscaping experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
