As a Project Manager at our firm, you will play a key role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of assigned projects. Drawing on your expertise, you will provide seamless coordination, leadership, and strategic oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle. With a focus on professional growth, you will build the skills necessary to manage multiple projects simultaneously while leading and mentoring Landscape Designers and Job Captains to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination: Take charge of overall project coordination, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members, clients, and consultants.

2. Resource Management: Successfully manage and allocate resources to achieve project goals efficiently and within budgetary constraints.

3. Motivate and Lead: Inspire and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment that promotes creativity and productivity.

4. Technical Expertise: Exhibit strong computer skills and a complete understanding of the entire Construction Document Package, including schematic and preliminary drawings, proposal writing, project design development, construction documents, client presentation, and construction observation.

5. Multitasking: Skillfully manage multiple projects, typically overseeing three or more simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

6. Creative Contribution: Contribute innovative and imaginative ideas to enhance project design, upholding a commitment to excellence and uniqueness in all aspects of each assignment.
